We're buying our first house!

Well, the day has finally come when Sterling and I are buying our first house.  It's located in Parker, just 7 or so miles north of Rexburg.  It was built in 1920 and the inside looks super retro, but we love it! It was listed for $129,000 but we were able to negotiate down to 119,000.  It has 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.  Some great things we love are that it has a huge living room with a large breakfast bar and formal dining area, two gas insert fireplaces, a two car (and then some) frestanding garage with a shop behind it, all major appliances, a fair-sized food storage room, and an acre of land on which there is a big beautiful garden, established trees, and a deck.  We have all sorts of ideas of how we can improve the place, but for now, we'll worry about things like getting a lawn mower.  We're pretty excited (needless to say) and we hope to be able to have you come and visit us and see it.  Sorry, we can't post any pictures yet, but once we close on it, we'll take lots of pictures to post for your enjoyment (and possibly amusement).
